Message	Probably get laughed at for this, but this guy at our local Z club that has all kinds of crazy tricks up his sleeve was talking last night about a trick they used to do with fiberglass for floorboards. Basically buy a roasting pan liner or some kind of metal thick enough to hold the shape. Mold the metal into the shape you need for your floor plan. Coat the pan in several coats of fiberglass, peel the pan off, place in floor plan area. He didn't mention details beyond that, but I imagine there's other various prep you'd need to do, and find a way to secure it and seal it up.
